Il Carciofo the beer is an Italian-style IPA that blends the bold hop character of a classic India Pale Ale with the elegance of the Italian brewing tradition.

Bright citrus, floral aromas, and subtle herbal notes are balanced by a crisp malt backbone and a soft finish. Redolent of gooseberry, apricot and a hint of white grape, this is refreshing, aromatic, and beautifully balanced. It's a modern twist on a hop-forward favourite.
